Create a Separate Google Account

You need to use a Google Account to login to the Agiledata App and to be able to consume data.

If you don't currently have a Google Account to use with AgileData, it is a simple process to create one.

If you currently have an email address for your organisation then we suggest you link a Google Account to your current email address.  You can find the instruction to link a Google Account to your current email here: :ref:`How to link a Google Account<create-google-account_quickstart>`

Otherwise you can create a new and separate Google Account by following the instructions below.


Create a new Google email address
===================================================

You can create a new Google Account which will give you a new email address to use.


Go to the Google Account Sign In page. (https://accounts.google.com/signin)


* Click Create account.
* Enter your name.
* In the "Username" field, enter a username.
* Enter and confirm your password.
* Click Next.
* Optional: Add and verify a phone number for your account.
* Click Next.
