When Consumer Users (Viewer Role) login to the AgileData App they are shown the Catalog screen when they are expecting to see a list of Information Apps they can consume.

Solution

Automatically send Information Consumers to the Information Apps page.

Leverage the Magic
====================================
When you login as an Information Consumer (Viewer Role) you will be automagically taken to the Information App screen by default.

Update the Chnage Rule to add a Business Effective Date based in Dates that are present in the data collected.
