AgileData.io - Cleaner URLs: Data Dictionary Moves to /data-dictionary

The Manage Dictionary section of AgileData has been renamed and moved to a cleaner, more descriptive URL: ``/data-dictionary``. If you have the old URL bookmarked, it will continue to work, but the canonical location is now ``/data-dictionary`` — easier to remember and more descriptive of what you'll find there.

This release also introduces a Glossary placeholder in the navigation. The Glossary will be a dedicated space for defining and managing the business terms that underpin your data model — coming in a future release.

* Glossary entry added to navigation as a placeholder for an upcoming feature
