Problem
==================
Previously, running rules from a shared consume on the data-map didn't work.

Solution
==================
Treat shared consume tiles as history tiles when we run forward on the datamap, this means we correctly look for config that refers to that shared consume as a source for downstream rules.

Leverage the Magic

A small tweak to our run lineage pattern so the correct downstream function is called.
