Improved Visibility in Load History Screen

We've made a small but important improvement to the Load History screen!  Previously, some users were seeing blank rule names when reviewing the rules that loaded tiles. This was due to a technical issue where some load types were missing important information.

**Here's what's changed:**

We've added a missing piece of information to the load details, ensuring that the correct rule name is now displayed for all load types. This means you'll have a clearer understanding of which rules were used to load your tiles, making it easier to track and analyze your data.
