AgileData.io - Bug Fix: Notification Linking Restored

We fixed an issue where some notification messages weren't properly linking back to their source configurations.

**What was happening:**

* Configuration error notifications had the config_key incorrectly set to null
* This prevented users from clicking notifications to navigate to the relevant rule

**What we did:**

* Restored the config_key in notification payloads
* Updated notification parsing to correctly extract configuration version information

**What this means for you:**

* You can now confidently click on any notification to navigate to the relevant rule or configuration
* Error resolution is faster with proper notification linking restored
