Problem
==================
The original template for loading from shared google sheets treated them as a pseudo history tile so we could use them as a source for concepts and details, this wasn't the most effective pattern to use.

Solution
==================
Treat shared google sheets as pseudo landing tiles so we can load them into history tiles. Deploy a new template for shared_landing into history using a row hash to safely persist new or changed records.

Leverage our extensible jinja template pattern by simple adding a new template for shared_landing (google sheets) into history tiles.
