AgileData.io - DataOps: Modern Container Image Management

We've migrated all container images to Google Cloud Artifact Registry, Google's modern solution for managing container artifacts.

**What Changed:**

* All container images now stored in regional Artifact Registry
* Images tagged with both branch name and commit SHA for better versioning
* Regional deployment matches container storage location for optimal performance

**Technical Details:**

* Images stored at `{region}-docker.pkg.dev/{project_id}/gcf-artifacts/`
* Multi-region support with US buckets deploying to us-central1
* Proper artifact versioning and retention policies

* Faster image pulls during deployment (regional optimization)
* Better version tracking and rollback capabilities
