**What was happening:**

When provisioning a new customer tenancy, the deployment process was failing intermittently. The Cloud Run service and the EventArc event trigger were being deployed in too rapid a succession—EventArc requires the Cloud Run service to be fully active before the event trigger can be attached to it. Without a delay, the deployment would fail, requiring manual intervention to complete the new tenancy setup.

**What was fixed:**

* A delay has been added between the Cloud Run deployment and the EventArc trigger creation
* New tenancy deployments now complete reliably without manual intervention

**What this means for you:**

* New AgileData tenancies are provisioned more reliably and consistently
* Less risk of a failed deployment interrupting the onboarding of new customers
* The deployment pipeline handles the Cloud Run and EventArc sequencing correctly every time
