AgileData.io - Cleaner History Views: Config Defaults Prevent Missing Labels

History view event table loads and rule configurations without an explicit config hash were causing missing labels in the History View — tiles would appear unlabelled or produce errors when a label could not be resolved.

AgileData now supplies a sensible default config hash for event table loads and creates a default label for any configuration that does not have one set. History views display correctly regardless of whether the underlying config has been explicitly labelled.

**What was happening:**

* History view tiles showing missing or blank labels for configs without a hash
* Event table loads failing to resolve a config hash at load time

**What this means for you:**

* History views display cleanly for all tiles, including those without explicit configuration labels
* Event table loads complete without errors related to missing config identifiers
