The AgileData team are constantly innovating on ways we can reduce the complexity on managing data.

We manage the process of innovation by time boxing the work based on a set of bets.

We use a pattern based on agile research spikes to manage these research spikes, which we call McSpikey's.

As we complete each McSpikey we document our findings and the results of our bet.
