Summary¶
Search for specific data values in a Tile
Problem¶
To find if a tile holds a specific piece of data, you have to push that data to a Consume Tile and then use a Last Mile tool to query it. But sometimes yu just want to see if the data holds a certain value as part of understanding the data, defining a new rule or troubleshooting a data issue.
Solution¶
Data search allows you to search the data in the Tile Data Preview and if that data exists the rows which contain that data will be displayed.
Leverage the Magic¶
Catalog > Catalog Detail for a Tile > Data Preview. Then use the search box to search for the data you are looking for.

Whoot! Google Cloud provided a new feature which allowed us to search BigQuery data, and it was great to be abel to embed this feature into the AgileData App.
