Problem¶

To get share data from the -e project into the -d project requires manually setting up sharing then manually synching tiles into the catalog.

Solution¶

Setup the required sharing permissions when deploying new tenancies, and show the -e project as a Tenancy Feature so Data Magicians can sync tiles from -e into -d anytime they like.

Leverage the Magic¶

Manage > Tenancy Features - Click the -e project sharing option.

The tables in the -e project will appear as Shared Tile in the catalog.
