2023-07-18 - Rules - Support for Full Outer Joins¶
Problem¶
The Join Tile rule step only checks for LEFT or RIGHT to create an outer join statement, there was no support for FULL (outer join).
Solution¶
Change the Rule Step Type to support FULL OUTER JOIN when a magician uses the keyword FULL in their join change rule step.
Leverage the Magic¶
Use the FULL keyword in the Rule Step to define the join as a FULL OUTER join.
