AgileData.io - Straight to the Tile: Links That Open the Data, Event and Concept Maps Where You Need Them
When you want to point a colleague at a specific part of your data landscape, sending a link to a map and then explaining what to search for adds friction. Map links can now carry that context with them.
Adding ?search= to a Data Map link opens the map already filtered to that phrase. On the Preview Data Map you can use a tile’s full table ID, such as consume.orders, to point at exactly one tile. The Classic Data Map now labels the tile you named, as well as highlighting its lineage.
The Classic Event Map and Concept Map now support ?focus=, which the Preview versions already used. A link can open either version focused on a single tile.
