Express Rules use a dedicated editor screen, chosen based on the rule’s topic. When a rule was saved, its topic was being converted to title case. As a result, the Express Rule topic no longer matched, and the rule could open in the standard change rule screen instead of the Express editor.
Rule topics now keep their special-case values when saved, and the app matches topics regardless of case, so Express Rules consistently open in the correct editor.

No need to re-create or re-save rules to get the right screen back
