AgileData.io - Accurate Analytics: Fixed User Access Tracking

We’ve corrected an issue with user access and usage statistics lookups that was causing mismatches due to email case sensitivity. User activity tracking is now accurate regardless of how email addresses are formatted.

What was happening:

User last access time and usage statistics weren’t matching correctly
The issue was caused by case-sensitive email comparison (user@example.com vs User@Example.com)
Led to incomplete or inaccurate user activity reporting
Could affect user access audits and license usage tracking
