Share / Link to Google Sheet data¶
Steps¶
Open the example Google Sheet
Copy the Google Sheet so become the owner and can manage permissions.
In the AgileData App go to the Data Collection screen via top menu
Collect > Data Collectors
Scroll down until you see Sharing Google Sheets with this tenancy *
Copy the service account name for this Tenancy
In your copied Google Sheet go to Share in top right
Paste the service account details
Set to Viewer
Untick Notify People
Click Share
In the AgileData App go to the Shared App screen via top menu
Collect > Shared Tiles
Click the Sync Shared Tiles button
Click the Sync Shared Tiles button confirmation in ADI’s response
Click close or click off ADI to return to Shared Tiles screen.
Wait for a Notification alert that the Google Sheet has been Shared.
Refresh the screen to see the new Share Tile.
Click on the Shared Tile to see a preview of the data.
